  • Full ownership transfer of completed work may be withheld until all outstanding payments are settled.
  • Payment gateway processing and banking fees may apply where applicable.

6. Project Delivery

  • Delivery timelines provided by BIGBOSS are estimates and may vary depending on project complexity, client feedback, and unforeseen circumstances.
  • Delays caused by the client, including failure to provide required content, approvals, or information, may affect project timelines.
  • BIGBOSS will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed deadlines but does not guarantee delivery dates.

7. Domain Registration and Hosting

  • Domain registration and hosting services are subject to the policies of relevant registrars and service providers.
  • BIGBOSS is not responsible for downtime, interruptions, or failures caused by third-party hosting providers, registrars, or internet service providers.
  • Clients are responsible for renewing domains and hosting services before expiration dates unless covered under a separate maintenance agreement.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All content on BIGBOSS.lk, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and website design, is the property of BIGBOSS unless otherwise stated.
  • Clients retain ownership of content they provide.
  • Custom-developed work becomes the property of the client only after full payment has been received unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • BIGBOSS reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

9. Third-Party Services

Projects may include integrations with third-party services, plugins, APIs, software, or platforms.

BIGBOSS is not responsible for:

  • Changes made by third-party providers.
  • Service interruptions caused by third parties.
  • Additional fees imposed by third-party services.
  • Future compatibility issues resulting from third-party updates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BIGBOSS shall not be liable for:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

We make no guarantees that:

  • Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
  • Websites will be completely free from vulnerabilities or security threats.
  • Third-party services will remain available indefinitely.

12. Termination

BIGBOSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
  • Required payments are not made.
  • The client engages in abusive, unlawful, or harmful conduct.
